Description
The "Red Coral" cultivar, bred by Kings Park and derived from Grevillea nivea x variifolia, showcases its vivid red flowers with yellow tips. As a groundcover, this Grevillea boasts silvery grey-green foliage, which contrasts beautifully with its blossoms, making gardens pop from Djilba (early spring) to Kambarang (late spring). It's not just gardeners who admire this plant - native birds are equally entranced.
When planting "Red Coral", opt for a ground spot, ideally enhanced with soil conditioner for those areas with sandy soil. As an Australian native, it gains considerable drought resilience as it matures. To ensure its captivating display remains undiminished, feed it with a low-phosphorus native fertiliser during Djilba (early spring).
