Description
The "Roller Coaster" cultivar of Coast Banksia, Banksia integrifolia, showcases brilliant, light yellow blossoms from Makuru to Kambarang (winter to spring). This Australian native transforms any garden with its sprawling groundcover nature, providing expansive foliage coverage with a touch of vibrant colour. The wide-spreading groundcover is not only ornamental but also ideal for soil stabilization and bringing a touch of wilderness to cultivated spaces.
Plant the "Roller Coaster" in the ground, enriching sandy soils with a suitable soil conditioner for optimal growth. During its first Bunuru (summer), deeper watering is recommended, but rest assured, this cultivar is notably drought-hardy when mature. Come Djilba (early spring), a touch of native plant fertiliser will keep it flourishing and full of life.
