Description
The Woolly Grevillea (Grevillea lanigera var. lutea) is a delightful spectacle, bursting with light, lemony yellow blossoms from Makuru (winter) to Kambarang (late spring). This small to medium-sized mounding shrub not only adds a touch of brightness to any garden but also brings in texture with its woolly attributes.
When positioned in the ground, it thrives best in well-draining soils; if dealing with sandy terrain, a soil conditioner can be beneficial. This Aussie native gradually becomes more resilient to drought as it matures. To keep it at its vibrant best, apply a low-phosphorus native fertiliser come Djilba (early spring).
